Net Revenue Share is based on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and represents a fraction thereof in percent (%).

Revshare tiers, ranging from 25% up to 50%, are automatically adjusted throughout the month unless agreed otherwise.

NGR is calculated as the sum of all real money deposits made by your referred players, minus a 15% admin/transaction fee, minus real withdrawal payouts sent to your player(s), and minus any potential chargebacks.

Example: During a particular calendar month, both newly referred and old players deposit a total of $10,000, claim $1,500 in bonuses, cash out $2,000, and make no chargebacks. The affiliate partner is on a 40% revshare.

So, with the only deduction made for the admin fee and real money withdrawals, the correct formula to calculate revshare in this case is:

$10,000 - 15% - $2,000 * 40% = $2,600 [or (10,000 - (10,000 x 0.15) - 2,000) x 0.40 = 2,600]

Remember we make no deductions for the bonuses!

With the CPA commission plan, you will receive a one-time payment for every new depositing player that you refer to any of our merchant sites.

A CPA deal is only paid out when a qualifying player meets the player activity requirements as agreed upon in writing with your Affiliate Manager.

CPA deals are only available upon request and shall only be granted at our sole discretion. Contact your dedicated Affiliate Manager regarding the availability, currently offered rates, and other terms.

Example: During a particular calendar month, there are 10 new players making over $50 in deposits each, including one whale dropping $3,000. The existing players deposit a total of $5,000 and withdraw $1,500. The affiliate partner is on a $120 CPA, with a $25 base.

The correct formula to calculate monthly commission in this case is:

$120 x 10 = $1,200 [or 120 x 10 = 1,200]

Remember, with CPA, you only get paid for newly depositing players, giving up on earnings brought by loyal/returning players and whales. No need to worry about withdrawals though.

A hybrid commission deal is the perfect blend of revenue share and CPA. With this deal, you will receive both a one-time payment for every new depositing player referred to any of our merchant sites, as well as a share of the deposits made by your referred players. This share is calculated after deducting a 15% transaction fee (which includes potential chargebacks) and the actual withdrawal payouts sent to your referred players.

Example: During a particular calendar month, there are 10 new players, of which 2 deposit less than $25, and 8 deposit $25 or more, altogether making $1,500 in deposits. Moreover, existing players make $3,500 in deposits while withdrawing a total of $2,000. The affiliate partner is on a hybrid deal consisting of 30% revshare plus $75 CPA & $25 base.

The correct formula to calculate monthly commission in this case is a bit more complex. First, we calculate the CPA part only including the qualifying players: $75 x 8 = $600, and then the revshare part: ($1,500 + $3,500) - 15% - $2,000 x 0.30 = $675, which altogether totals at:

$600 + $675 = $1,275 [or (75 x 8) + ((1,500 + 3,500) - ((1,500 + 3,500) x 0.15) - 2,000) x 0.30 = 1,275]

Remember that with a hybrid deal, you get the best of both commission plan types, a quick buck along with lifelong revenue from loyal players!

When you refer new sub-affiliates, you will receive a commission of up to 20% of the referred affiliate's earnings.

Example: During a particular calendar month, sub-affiliates generate $7,500 in revenues, while the (master) affiliate is on a 15% 2nd tier commission. The correct formula to calculate monthly 2nd tier commission in this case is:

$7,500 x 15% = $1,125 [or 7,500 x 0.15 = 1,125]

Remember that with 2nd tier commission in place, you can get rewarded by other people's success!
